Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Quality Controller (Construction) at Kent Constructions Pvt. Ltd., located in Kochi. The Quality Controller will oversee construction processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, conducting routine quality audits, and implementing quality assurance measures. The role involves evaluating materials and workmanship, monitoring construction activities, providing training to ensure adherence to guidelines, and collaborating closely with project teams to achieve excellence. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and improving quality management systems.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with construction standards and best practices.
- Expertise in Quality Management, including the ability to maintain and improve quality management systems.
- Experience in conducting Training sessions to educate and guide teams on quality guidelines and standards.
- Strong skills in Auditing processes to identify and rectify discrepancies in construction activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative onsite environment.
- Relevant certifications in quality control or construction management would be considered an advantage.
