Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Controller based in Indore. The Quality Controller will be responsible for ensuring the quality standards of all raw materials and finished products. This will include conducting quality checks, implementing quality assurance processes, maintaining regulatory compliance, auditing production processes, and providing training to staff on quality protocols.

Qualifications

1) Proficiency in Quality Control, including sampling, testing, and inspecting raw materials and finished goods

2) Experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

3) Knowledge of Quality Management systems and continuous improvement methodologies

4) Ability to develop and deliver effective Training sessions on quality processes and standards

5) Skills in Auditing internal processes and systems to identify gaps and suggest improvements

6) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

7) Excellent communication and organizational skills

8) Educational background in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field

9) Experience in the food production or manufacturing industry is must.
