We are looking for a Quality Controller to join our team.
📍 Location: Kochi, Kerala
💼 Experience: 2+ Years
🎓 Qualification: M.Sc. Food Technology / B.Tech Food Technology
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Ensure imported food products comply with FSSAI Import Regulations and Indian food safety requirements.
✔ Verify regulatory documents, including product specifications, label compliance, Certificates of Analysis (COA), Health Certificates, ingredient declarations, and other import-related documentation.
✔ Identify regulatory gaps before import and recommend corrective actions to ensure compliance.
✔ Coordinate product testing requirements and review laboratory reports.
✔ Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective measures to prevent import delays, regulatory issues, or product rejections.
