Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Quality Control Supervisor. The primary responsibilities include overseeing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards, conducting product and material inspections, and supervising laboratory testing. The role also involves leading a team, maintaining quality documentation, and analyzing data to drive improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage teams
- Expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess data and ensure product quality
- Hands-on experience with Laboratory Skills for product testing and evaluation
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field
- Prior experience in a quality control or supervisory role in the mining or manufacturing industry is preferred
