Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sidhpur for a Quality Control Supervisor. The Quality Control Supervisor will oversee daily operations to ensure production meets the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising quality assurance protocols, performing laboratory tests, conducting quality audits, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Collaboration with production teams and making recommendations for process improvements will be integral components of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory skills with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify, analyze, and resolve quality-related issues
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and familiarity with testing equipment
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance applicable to food or pharmaceutical industries
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Food Technology, or a related field
- Experience in the Psyllium or related industries will be an added advantage
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
