Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Quality Control Supervisor role based in Pune. The role involves overseeing quality control and assurance processes, ensuring that all products meet internal and external quality standards. Key tasks include designing and implementing quality management frameworks, conducting inspections, performing analyses, and preparing detailed reports. The Quality Control Supervisor will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and continuously improve processes and systems.
Please not that this is an entry level job - We are looking for freshers and candidates with 0-6 months of experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance methodologies
- Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem resolution
- Quality Management expertise, including designing and implementing quality standards
- Excellent Communication skills for cross-team collaboration and reporting
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Relevant certifications in quality management and control are a plus
- Ability to lead and adapt to high-pressure situations effectively
