Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Control Specialist role based in Ghaziabad. The Quality Control Specialist will inspect incoming raw materials and finished nutrition products, perform routine quality tests, and document results in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The role includes monitoring production processes, identifying deviations, and coordinating with operations and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues promptly. The specialist will help implement and maintain quality procedures, support internal audits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The position also involves preparing quality reports, maintaining records, and collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to uphold product safety, consistency, and compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Quality Control and Quality Assurance for food, nutrition, or pharmaceutical products.
- Experience with Quality Management systems and documentation, including SOPs and corrective/preventive actions.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and their application in manufacturing and warehousing environments.
- Familiarity with Quality Auditing, internal inspections, and compliance checks.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to interpret test results and specifications.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and using basic laboratory or testing equipment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Prior experience in nutrition supplements, FMCG, or pharmaceutical quality roles is an advantage.
