Role Description The Quality Control Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tijara, responsible for monitoring and maintaining product quality throughout the manufacturing process. Daily tasks include inspecting raw materials and finished goods, conducting routine quality checks, documenting test results, and identifying non-conformities. The specialist will work closely with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions, support internal audits, and ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures. The role also involves assisting in the development and refinement of quality control protocols, participating in training initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts across the facility.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to monitor processes and ensure consistent product standards.
- Candidates should possess experience in Quality Management to support the implementation and maintenance of quality systems and procedures.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing to conduct internal checks and support corrective and preventive action plans.
- Candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in a manufacturing environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- A diploma or degree in engineering, industrial chemistry, quality management, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in quality or GMP are an advantage.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial quality roles is beneficial, along with familiarity with basic statistical quality tools and MS Office applications.
