Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Quality Control Specialist will oversee quality control processes, conduct routine testing and inspections, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Responsibilities also include quality auditing, participating in quality assurance programs, and maintaining documentation to support quality management systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold and improve quality standards will be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Quality Control and experience conducting routine inspections and testing
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance and management frameworks
- Knowledge of and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
- Experience in Quality Auditing and maintaining compliance with quality regulations
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Quality Management, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field
- Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
