Company Description
We’re Hiring: Quality Manager
Location: Lonavala Maharashtra’s
Industry: Manufacturing / Electrical / Transformer Industry
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Quality Manager to lead the quality function at our manufacturing unit.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening quality systems, reducing rejection and rework, handling customer complaints, driving CAPA and continuous improvement, and ensuring overall product and process quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead QA/QC activities across incoming, in-process, and final inspection
• Develop and maintain quality systems, procedures, and records
• Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis, CAPA, and 8D actions
• Monitor rejection, rework, and process deviations
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external/customer audits
• Ensure compliance with standards, specifications, and quality requirements
• Train teams on quality practices and improvement initiatives
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Engineering
• 5–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control
• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
• Knowledge of ISO systems, CAPA, RCA, 8D, FMEA, and audit handling
• Strong leadership, analytical, and reporting skills
