Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Manager based in Lonavala. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, conducting product inspections, and implementing quality management systems. Additional responsibilities include identifying and resolving quality issues, developing quality standards, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and working collaboratively with production teams to ensure consistent quality. The candidate will be expected to lead a team, generate quality reports, and ensure customer satisfaction by meeting product specifications.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Standards
- Experience with Product Inspection and Quality Management Systems
- Proficiency in identifying and resolving quality-related issues in the production process
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields; relevant certifications are a plus
- Previous experience within transformer manufacturing or a related industry is highly desirable
