🚨 WE ARE HIRING | QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER 🚨
Murtuza Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to join our team at Mahuva, Gujarat.
If you have strong experience in Food Quality, Food Safety, QC & Laboratory Operations and are looking for an opportunity in the food ingredients/dehydrated food industry, we would be happy to connect with you.
📍 Location: Mahuva, Gujarat
💼 Position: Quality Control Manager
🏭 Industry: Food Manufacturing / Dehydrated Food Ingredients
👨💼 Experience: 7–12 Years
🎓 Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. – Food Technology / Food Science preferred
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead overall QC & laboratory operations
• Ensure quality of raw materials, in-process and finished products
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO and customer-specific standards
• Manage quality testing, documentation and food safety systems
• Handle customer, third-party and regulatory audits
• Drive continuous improvement in quality systems and processes
• Lead and develop the QC team
🔹 Key Requirements
• Strong knowledge of Food Safety, Quality Control & Laboratory Testing
• Experience in dehydrated onion, garlic or food ingredients will be an advantage
• Knowledge of export quality standards and documentation
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good audit and customer-handling skills
• Immediate joiner preferred
