Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Manager located in Baddi. The Quality Control Manager will oversee all quality assurance processes, including testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished pharmaceutical products. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining documentation, supervising laboratory activities, and collaborating across departments to identify and resolve quality-related issues. The role requires close attention to detail and the ability to manage and train quality control staff effectively to maintain high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of Quality Control processes, including testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
- Strong expertise in implementing quality assurance standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines such as GMP, GLP, and ISO standards
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment, analytical techniques, and data interpretation
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and maintaining records in line with regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership and team management skills; ability to train and mentor a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and resolve quality issues efficiently
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a similar regulated industry is strongly preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Approved in Chemical, instrumentation as we'll as Microbiological analysis
