Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Manager located in Udaipur. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of products, establishing and maintaining quality control processes, conducting inspections at various production stages, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also involves leading a team of quality professionals, identifying areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating with production and R&D teams to enhance product quality and reliability.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Quality Control processes, compliance standards, and best practices
- Proficiency in inspection methods and tools, as well as process improvement strategies
- Management and leadership skills to effectively oversee and guide the quality control team
- Experience in working with manufacturing process technologies such as plastic molding, metal components, CNC/MC machining, and pressure die casting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Effective communication, documentation, and report-writing abilities
- Familiarity with quality management systems and certifications, e.g., ISO standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Experience in the switchgear or manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
