Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Quality Control Manager, located in Dahej. The Quality Control Manager will oversee daily quality control operations, including testing raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with standards. They will also review and implement quality assurance protocols, maintain detailed documentation, manage a team of quality control personnel, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in quality control processes, lab testing, and raw material analysis
• Knowledge of quality assurance standards, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Proficient in documentation practices, report generation, and data analysis
• Experience in the chemical, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site manufacturing environment
