Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Manager located at Kheda Gujarat. The Quality Control Manager will oversee the quality assurance process for glass processing, ensuring all products meet company and industry standards. Responsibilities include inspecting raw materials, supervising production processes, conducting quality tests, identifying and addressing defects, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality certifications. The role also involves maintaining precise documentation, training staff on quality protocols, and liaising with clients to ensure product satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in quality assurance processes, product inspections, and defect resolution in glass processing
- Proficiency in industry-specific quality standards and certifications, with knowledge of glass processing standards being a strong asset
- Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving quality issues
- Ability to lead, train, and supervise quality control teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills for reporting, documentation, and client interaction
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement and precision quality
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Experience in the glass processing industry is preferred but not mandatory
