Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Quality Control Lead. The individual will be responsible for overseeing all quality control operations, implementing and maintaining quality assurance systems, conducting quality audits, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Responsibilities will include supervising quality teams, developing and updating quality management protocols, analyzing quality control data, and collaborating with other departments to enhance production standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management
- Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and compliance standards
- Skills in Quality Auditing and the ability to implement quality improvement plans
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in manufacturing processes
- Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing quality teams within the automotive or manufacturing sector
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
