Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Lead located in Madgaon. The Quality Control Lead will manage, monitor, and enhance quality control processes to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include leading quality audits, implementing quality assurance protocols, overseeing quality management systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet product quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Quality Control activities, with experience in analytical techniques and product testing
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance processes, including developing and implementing quality processes and documentation
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines and their application in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experienced in Quality Auditing and compliance review, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmaceuticals, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
- Prior experience in a quality management role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is preferred
