About the Role
Tofflon India is looking for a QC Executive to support quality control activities and ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control activities as per established procedures and specifications.
- Inspect incoming materials, components and finished products as applicable.
- Maintain quality-related records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable SOPs, quality standards and GMP requirements.
- Support deviation investigations, CAPA and root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, procurement and other departments on quality-related matters.
- Support internal and external audits and inspections.
- Monitor and report quality issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure proper maintenance of QC documentation and records.
- Support continuous improvement of quality processes.
Requirements
- Experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance, preferably in pharmaceutical or engineering equipment manufacturing.
- Good understanding of GMP, QMS, SOPs, CAPA and deviation management.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical equipment/manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
