🚨 We're Hiring! | QC Executive – Local Ferment Co.
📍 Location: Bengaluru, BTM 2nd Stage
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month
🧪 Field: Beverage Production / Food Science / Microbiology / Brewing
Local Ferment Co. is a beverage company producing both fermented and non-fermented non-alcoholic drinks, including Kombucha, Ginger Ale and Shrub Sodas. Our ethos is centered around clean label beverages — meaning we work only with fresh ingredients and do not use artificial preservatives, flavors, or colors.
We are looking for a Quality Control Executive who is detail-oriented and interested in working hands-on in a fast-paced beverage production environment.
🔍 Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Bengaluru facility. The QC Executive will work closely with the production team to maintain quality, consistency, and documentation standards across all fermenting and finished products.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
• Perform daily QC checks of fermenting products
• Monitor and record parameters such as pH, gravity, and sensory observations
• Conduct quality checks for Finished Goods (FG) before dispatch
• Inspect and verify Raw Materials (RM) during intake
• Maintain QC records, logs, and batch documentation
• Work closely with the production team to ensure product consistency and quality standards
🎓 Who We're Looking For
• Fresh graduates or early-career candidates looking for a QC role
• Background in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Brewing, or related fields preferred
• Basic understanding of sampling, lab hygiene, pH and SG testing
• Strong attention to detail and interest in fermentation and beverage production
• Comfortable working in a production environment
