We are looking for a dynamic Quality Control Executive to join our Central Kitchen team and strengthen our quality and food safety systems.
🔎
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct quality analysis of raw materials and finished products
✔ Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality deviations
✔ Implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
✔ Proactively take additional initiatives to improve overall product quality and process efficiency
✔ Handle customer complaints end-to-end — investigate, identify root causes, implement CAPA, and ensure proper closure
✔ Ensure strict adherence to SOPs across operations
✔ Perform regular shopfloor monitoring to maintain process compliance
✔ Conduct Vendor Audits to evaluate supplier compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards
✔ Drive hygiene monitoring and ensure GMP & GHP standards are maintained
✔ Support operational quality assurance systems
✔ Support and coordinate with teams during External and Third-Party Audits, ensuring documentation readiness, compliance alignment, and effective audit responses
✔ Work closely with cold chain / cold product handling processes

Eligibility Criteria:
• 1–2 years of experience in Baking or Central Kitchen operations
• Strong knowledge of food safety systems and quality practices
• Experience in
New Product Development (NPD) will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Fixed Term Contract (FTC) – Not an on-roll position
