Job Description
- Sampling and testing of Raw Materials, Cosmetics, Packing Materials, In-Process samples, Semi-finished Goods and Finished Goods.
- Assist in analysis of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, In-Process samples, Semi-finished Goods and Finished Goods.
- Calibration and verification of analytical instruments of quality control laboratory.
- Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures of Microbiology.
- Preparation of specifications and Standard Testing Procedures of Raw Material, Packing Materials, In-process Samples and Finished Goods.
- Ensuring laboratory safety and maintaining QC laboratory compliance.
- Preparation of volumetric solution, its standardization and re-standardization.
- Ensure that analysis are completed according to established Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), and also Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Performing microbiology analysis and reporting of Raw Materials, Cosmetics, In-Process samples, Semi-finished Goods , Finished Goods and maintain all document and ensuring timely completion.
- Adherence to Quality policies and Environment Health and Safety.
- Ensuring successful completion of any other job assigned by senior.
