We're looking for a detail-oriented QC Executive to strengthen our Quality Control team and ensure our products consistently meet the highest quality standards.
Job Summary
As a QC Executive, you will be responsible for carrying out quality control testing of herbal extracts, APIs, raw materials and finished products. You will ensure compliance with internal quality systems, regulatory requirements, and laboratory best practices.
Key Responsibilities
● Perform routine quality control analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
● Conduct testing of herbal extracts and APIs using standard analytical methods.
● Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer or other analytical equipment.
● Prepare test reports, certificates of analysis (COA), and laboratory documentation.
● Ensure compliance with GMP and quality management systems.
● Maintain laboratory records and documentation with accuracy.
● Participate in method validation, calibration, and laboratory investigations when required.
● Coordinate with Production, QA, and R&D teams to resolve quality-related issues.
● Ensure laboratory safety and proper handling of chemicals and reference standards.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor's or master’s degree in pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related Life Sciences discipline.
● 1 to 3 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in Herbal Extracts, Nutraceuticals, APIs, or Pharmaceuticals.
● Hands-on experience with analytical instruments, preferably HPLC.
● Good understanding of GMP and documentation practices.
● Knowledge of herbal extract testing and analytical techniques will be preferred.
