Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Control Executive role based in Hyderabad. The Quality Control Executive will monitor and inspect corrugated carton production at various stages to ensure products meet defined quality standards and customer requirements. Responsibilities include performing routine checks on raw materials and finished goods, documenting test results, and reporting nonconformities. The role involves coordinating with production and maintenance teams to address quality issues, supporting root-cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. The Quality Control Executive will also help maintain quality records, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement of quality processes on the shop floor.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret test data, identify trends, and support root-cause analysis for quality issues.
- Hands-on experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Laboratory Skills for performing basic physical tests, measurements, and documentation related to material and product quality.
- Experience with Calibration of measuring instruments and testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Familiarity with quality standards and procedures (e.g., ISO or similar), and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Good documentation and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with production, maintenance, and management teams.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field is preferred; relevant experience in corrugation or packaging is an advantage.
