Role Description The Quality Control Executive – Pharma is a full-time, on-site role based in Bavla. This position involves performing routine quality control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. The role includes maintaining laboratory documentation, preparing test reports, and assisting in the investigation of deviations and non-conformities. The Quality Control Executive will support calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments, help implement quality assurance procedures, and collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues. The individual will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold safety and GMP guidelines in all daily activities.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret test results, identify trends, and support root cause analysis.
- Hands-on laboratory skills, including handling instruments, performing routine tests, and following standard operating procedures.
- Experience in quality control activities within pharma or related industries, ensuring product consistency and adherence to specifications.
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles, documentation practices, and compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
- Ability to perform and monitor calibration of laboratory equipment to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
- Familiarity with Ayurvedic formulations or herbal products is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, strong record-keeping skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bavla and follow safety and ethical guidelines consistently.
