Job Description: QC Engineer

Location: Waghodia, Vadodara, Gujarat 391760
Experience: 4 to 6 Years of experience in stainless steel Manufacturing Industrial Pipes
Salary: As per industry standards
Education: B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
Inspection & Testing: Conduct rigorous raw material, in-process, and final inspections of stainless steel pipes, tubes, and fittings.
NDT Testing: Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) utilizing Level Il methodologies to identify material defects and ensure structural integrity.
Quality Assurance: Adhere to and implement strict quality control processes in alignment with industry standards and manufacturing guidelines.
Documentation: Maintain precise and comprehensive records of inspection reports,
NDT test results, and quality certificates.
Defect Analysis: Identify deviations, investigate root causes of product failures or defects, and recommend effective corrective actions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: 4-8 years of proven experience as a QC Engineer, preferably in the steel,
piping, or heavy manufacturing industry,
Certification: NDT Level Il certification is strictly mandatory.
Skils: Strong knowledge of quality standards (ASTM, ASME, etc.), proficiency in using precision measuring instruments, and a keen eye for technical detail.
Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skils.
