Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a QC Engineer specializing in Automotive BIW, located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include quality control and assurance in Body-in-White (BIW) production processes, conducting inspections, auditing production lines, identifying quality concerns, and implementing solutions. The QC Engineer will collaborate closely with production and design teams to ensure adherence to quality standards, maintain documentation, and analyze data to improve processes and product quality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control methodologies and practices specific to Automotive BIW
- Experience with inspection techniques, tools, and standards relevant to BIW manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and problem-solving capabilities to ensure process improvement
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with production and design teams
- Familiarity with automotive standards and regulations is advantageous
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a high-paced manufacturing environment
- Exp 4+ Years Degree or Diploma in mechanical engineering.
