Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Quality Control Engineer role based in Bhiwadi. The Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting production processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company requirements. Key responsibilities include conducting quality tests, maintaining documentation, identifying defects, and providing improvement suggestions. Additional duties include collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement quality assurance processes and addressing any quality-related issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Quality Control standards, inspection techniques, and tools
- Experience with Quality Assurance processes and Root Cause Analysis
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting related to quality metrics
- Excellent problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes in the automotive industry is a plus
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in quality management systems and compliance documentation
