Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Assistant based in Dundigal Gandimaisamma. The Quality Control Assistant will be responsible for conducting quality assurance checks, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining product excellence. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing production processes, analyzing test results, executing laboratory testing procedures, and preparing detailed reports. Clear communication and keen attention to detail will be essential in supporting the overall quality management system.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, including knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating test data, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions
- Solid Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and clear reporting
- Hands-on Laboratory Skills, including experience with testing equipment and sample preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-based environment while maintaining accuracy and precision
- Prior experience in food quality control or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related discipline is an advantage
