Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Control Analyst role based in Noida. The Quality Control Analyst will monitor and evaluate the accuracy and completeness of background verification reports, ensuring adherence to internal quality standards and client requirements. Responsibilities include reviewing data inputs, cross-checking information against source documents and systems, and identifying discrepancies or potential errors. The role involves collaborating with operations, product, and compliance teams to resolve issues, implement corrective actions, and refine quality benchmarks. The Quality Control Analyst will also document findings, contribute to process improvement initiatives, support audits, and help maintain compliance with relevant industry and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, including data review, pattern recognition, and problem-solving in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated experience in Quality Control, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and adherence to documented procedures or SLAs.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles, including root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and process documentation.
- Familiarity with Laboratory Skills and Laboratory Equipment, or analogous experience in controlled, standardized testing or verification workflows.
- Proficiency with digital tools, spreadsheets, and databases; ability to learn internal platforms quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience in background verification, risk management, compliance, or a similar quality-focused domain is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work on-site in Noida in a structured, process-driven environment.
