Role Description

The Quality Control Analyst is a full-time, on-site position based in Baddi. The role involves performing quality control tests, analyzing raw materials and finished pharmaceutical products, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, preparing test reports, and collaborating with the quality assurance team to ensure product consistency and safety. The role also involves assessing methodologies, implementing quality control procedures, and supporting efforts to meet compliance requirements.

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and assess quality and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Quality Control practices, including precision testing and compliance management.
  • Hands-on experience with laboratory skills, including sample preparation and procedural adherence.
  • Familiarity with operating and maintaining laboratory equipment.
  • Understanding of Quality Assurance processes to support regulatory compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical quality standards and regulatory environments is a plus.
