The Mid-Level Quality Engineer drives quality strategy and automation for Amazon Connect digital channels and GenAI chatbot platforms, ensuring scalable and reliable customer and agent experiences.

Primary Responsibilities

• Own test strategy and execution for digital and GenAI solutions
• Design and maintain Playwright automation frameworks
• Lead end-to-end testing of Amazon Connect chat and chatbot flows
• Validate GenAI behavior for accuracy, latency, and safety
• Mentor junior team members and enforce best practices
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering
• 2+ years of solid Playwright automation expertise
• Hands-on exposure to AWS and Amazon Connect
• Experience testing chat and conversational platforms
• Knowledge of GenAI / LLM-based chatbot testing
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capability
