We’re Hiring: Quality & Compliance
📍 Location: Nashik (In-person)
📦 Experience: 2–4 years (Staples / Grocery products preferred)
Zama Organics is growing.
New products are launching.
More vendors are coming onboard.
Production volumes are increasing.
And as we scale, product quality becomes even more critical.
In a food business, small details matter —
a labeling mistake, ingredient variation, or shelf-life issue quickly becomes a customer trust problem.
We’re looking for someone who can own product quality and compliance, and ensure every product that reaches customers meets the standards we stand for.
What you'll work on
• Conduct product trials, sensory evaluations, and shelf-life testing
• Maintain FSSAI documentation and regulatory compliance
• Ensure accurate labeling and packaging information
• Work with vendors and co-packers to maintain product consistency
• Support certifications and food safety audits (Organic, HACCP, ISO)
• Assist the team with new product development and improvements.
You might be a good fit if:
• You have 2–4 years experience in QA / Food Compliance
• You’ve worked with staples, packaged foods, or grocery products
• You understand FSSAI guidelines and labeling norms
• You enjoy working hands-on with products, vendors, and processes
• You care deeply about quality, detail, and food safety
