The Opportunity
Acting as Quality & CIL support specialist for the HUB EUC Quality and CIL Management.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Reporting and following KPI with LSUs in HUB EUC.
- Creation and maintenance of processes in Adonis, creation and maintenance of documents in OneView / xECM.
- Support to Global Team as well as LSUs on use of the global tools (Adonis, OneView, xECM, Relex, CCRP & SAP Q-Notifications, TNPS).
- Support Governance process related to Quality and CIL related to HUB EUC.
- Consolidate monthly reports for Quality and CIL for HUB EUC.
- Support HUB EUC team with Quality and CIL Projects and IT tools.
- QMS Audit support (Intelex).
- Support in Relex improvement projects. (Follow up with Quality managers on multiple Quality improvement projects).
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical /Mechanical).
- Experience in Quality roles and exposure to Customer complaints handling and Service handling process.
- Proficient in understanding Quality processes and concepts.
- Prior relevant Industry experience, knowledge of Quality Management and concepts. Proficient in MS-Office, Power BI or any other Business Intelligence tool.
- SAP Quality Module.
- Strong problem-solving techniques and tools using L6S approach.
- Stakeholder Management through continuous interaction with Business Leaders and Partners across the globe.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
