VACANCY FOR
Standardization & Quality Control Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
1.To build a quality team and lead it.
2.Monitors the quality aspects of incoming raw materials to the organization and the products that are ready to be shipped.
3.Ensure that manufactured products meet the specified quality standards.
4. Carry out full study of and life cycle of the product.
5. Should have knowledge about food laws & regulation.
6. Candidate should be able to implement food laws & hygiene protocols and monitor food processes.
7. Developing standards & identify issues in production line.
8. Set up the complete chemical and micro lab.
9. Work closely with QA and Production team to ensure quality material is produced and delivered.
10. Comply with paperwork of all FSSAI rules and regulations (Reports + Plant)
11. Filling of Form D2
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Dairy technology or Bachelors in B-Tech, Microbiology
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
FOSTAC Training, HACCP and GMP Certifications
LEVEL OF COMPUTER LITERACY REQUIRED
Basic IT familiarity.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 2 Years of experience in a similar post preferably from Dairy background.
JOB POSTING LOCATION
Will work mostly from Mumbai but shall be travelling to Varwada location as and when required.

40k to 70K Gross on the basis of capability
