Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Call Auditor located in Noida. The Quality Call Auditor will evaluate and monitor the quality of customer service and call interactions to ensure alignment with company standards and client expectations. Key responsibilities include conducting quality analysis, identifying improvement areas, preparing performance reports, and providing actionable feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Listen to recorded or live customer service calls.
- Evaluate calls based on company quality standards and guidelines.
- Identify errors, compliance issues, and areas of improvement in calls.
- Provide constructive feedback to agents to improve communication and service quality.
- Maintain call audit reports and scorecards.
- Ensure agents follow company scripts, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Share insights and recommendations with the Quality and Operations teams.
