We are looking for a Quality Automation Lead/Manager to join our team and play an active role in driving the quality of our next-generation workforce technology. You will focus on UI testing, API automation testing, web application testing, mobile testing, and microservices architecture. Your main responsibilities will include:
§ Designing and developing automation frameworks (using tools like Selenium WebDriver) for regression testing across all existing tools.
§ Performing end-to-end testing, data validation, and identifying software issues.
§ Analysing bugs and errors found during tests and collaborating with the development team to resolve them.
§ Creating test cases and maintaining comprehensive documentation on test results.
§ Recommending improvements in software to enhance user experience.
§ Working closely with developers to improve program efficiency and performance.
§ Continuously researching and comparing competitor products, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, SQL (coding skills).
- Solid experience in framework design for automation testing.
- Deep knowledge of QA methodology, manual and automated testing practices.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and XML.
- Experience using Page Object and Factory patterns in automation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
- Proficient in tools like Maven, Selenoid, JUnit, and others.
Soft Skills:
- Strong persistence and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Empathy for end-users and a passion for improving user experience.
- Flexibility and an eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Knowledge of various development methodologies.
Required Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in automation testing of software products and web/mobile applications.
- At least 4 years of experience in leading automation testing efforts with automated testing tools.
- Intermediate proficiency in Java, Python, or PHP.
- Deep understanding of CSS, HTML, and XML.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose creative, cost-effective solutions.
Automation Tools Experience:
- Experience with automation tools like Selenium and Ranorex.
- Familiarity with ready-made frameworks such as Serenity BDD and Cypress.
- Experience with mobile automation testing tools.
- Proficient in API testing tools such as JMeter and REST Assured.
- Knowledge of continuous integration tools like TeamCity, Bamboo, and Jenkins.
