What would you do? Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. Digital Inside Sales involves selling products or services remotely using digital tools and platforms. This includes activities like email marketing, social media outreach, and virtual meetings. The goal is to reach and engage potential customers without face-to-face interactions. It allows sales teams to efficiently manage leads, close deals, and build customer relationships online. This approach is cost-effective and scalable, making it ideal for modern sales strategies. We are looking for Sales Coaches, a transformative role, one that goes beyond the day-to-day and taps into your potential to lead, coach, and drive impact. As part of this elite group, you’ll be entrusted with responsibilities that influence sales delivery through exceptional customer experience. As a Sales Coach, you will drive business growth and service excellence for Google Ads customers. You will be responsible for transforming quality insights into high-performance sales behaviors through rigorous call evaluations, targeted coaching, and strategic process improvements.
What are we looking for? Good understanding of coaching methodologies like SBI, GROW, COIN. ? Good verbal & written communication and presentation skills. ? Ability to observe, analyze and give constructive feedback. ? Good working knowledge of Google Sheets, Slides & Docs. ? Analytical / Quantitative skills. ? Effective problem-solving skills. ? Process orientation & structured thinking. ? Good interpersonal and collaboration skills. ? Dependable, reliable with strong work ethic and time management skills.
Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Call Evaluation & Analysis ? Conduct targeted call evaluations for identified cohorts regarding critical behaviors. ? Perform 100% DSAT call analysis within 24 hours. ? Prioritize evaluations for sellers on Performance Improvement Plans (PIP). 2. Coaching & Development ? Structured Cadence: Execute weekly coaching sessions for the reps from the identified cohorts. ? Skill Building: Lead weekly huddles, conduct refresher training based on Training Needs Identification (TNI), and manage "Gong Library" folders with best-practice examples. ? PIP Support: Provide intensive, real-time support to representatives to improve behaviors and meet metrics. 3. Calibrations ? Consistency: Lead weekly Call and DSAT calibrations to ensure scoring alignment. 4. Compliance ? Integrity: Report and coach on non-compliance issues immediately to ensure adherence to policy guidelines. 5. Escalation handling ? Root Cause Analysis: Acknowledge escalations same-day and provide full RCA within 24 hours. 6. Reporting ? Insights: Publish weekly reports on tCSAT and Quality scores. ?
