Role Description
The QA Trainee will support Quality Assurance activities related to pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality systems within the Transdermal Patches Division.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in Quality Assurance activities related to manufacturing and quality systems
• Support documentation review and maintenance as per GMP and regulatory requirements
• Participate in quality checks, process monitoring, and compliance activities
• Learn and understand Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Affairs practices relevant to the pharmaceutical industry
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards
Required Skills
• Understanding of Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Affairs concepts
• Basic knowledge of Transdermal Drug Delivery Systems (preferred)
• Strong academic background and learning aptitude
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to work at the plant location
Eligibility Criteria
• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Preferred Specialization: Regulatory Affairs / Pharmacovigilance
• Eligible Graduates: 2024 and 2025 graduates

Compensation & Benefits
• B.Pharm Candidates: ₹2.16 LPA (CTC), inclusive of PF & ESI benefits

Post Confirmation Benefits
Upon successful completion of one year of employment, compensation may be revised to ₹2.88 LPA based on performance and management approval.
