💼 Position: QA Tester
🕒 Type: Full-Time (Mon–Sat, On-site)
🎯 Experience: 1 Year – 3 Years

What You’ll Be Doing: • Review and analyse system specifications and requirements
• Create, document, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
• Perform manual testing (functional, UI, regression, smoke, sanity testing)
• Identify, report, and track defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues
• Ensure software quality and performance before deployment
• Conduct post-release testing and validation
• Prepare detailed test reports and QA documentation
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning
What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and testing types
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools
• Basic understanding of databases and ability to run simple SQL queries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills (mandatory)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
