Role Description
This full-time, on-site position is based in Koregaon and involves working as a Quality Assurance Tester. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, executing, and maintaining test cases to ensure software quality. The role also entails identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs and collaborating with the development team to resolve issues. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to creating automated testing frameworks, performing regression testing, and ensuring compliance with testing standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Software Testing, Test Case Design, and QA Processes
- Experience with Automated Testing tools, Regression Testing, and Functional Testing
- Knowledge of Bug Identification, Reporting, and Tracking tools
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team collaboration
- Previous experience in a QA or software testing role is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
