Job Title: QA Tester
Experience Required:2+ Years
Location: Delhi
Role Overview
We are looking for a QA Engineer / Software Tester responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software products through structured testing and validation. The role involves working closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to identify issues early and maintain high development standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases
Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs and performance issues
Conduct regression testing on new and existing software builds
Track and manage defects using bug tracking tools
Analyze system specifications and requirements
Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure product quality
Maintain documentation for test cases, results, and issue tracking
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Provide quality reports and insights to stakeholders
Identify and implement QA process improvements and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or testing roles
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Ability to write clear and comprehensive test cases
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum environments
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on product quality
Technical Skills
Experience with tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or Postman
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
Basic knowledge of scripting languages like Python or JavaScript (preferred)
Experience with API testing and automation is a plus
Exposure to IoT platforms, GPS devices, sensors, or hardware-integrated systems is an advantage
