Job description
- As a Software quality tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality and reliability of our products
- You will collaborate with functional teams to understand product requirements, design test cases, execute testing processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement.
- Identify and prioritize test cases, taking into consideration critical functionalities and potential use cases.
- Conduct thorough functional, regression, and performance testing on applications.
- Document and track defects, working closely with developers to facilitate timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to increase efficiency and coverage.
Skills & Experience required:
- Proven experience in software quality testing, including manual and automated testing.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or other relevant tools. Ability to write and maintain automated test scripts.
- Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in test automation, such as Java, Python, C#, or others, depending on the company's tech stack.
- Competent in identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects using bug tracking tools. Ability to provide clear and detailed defect reports.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with developers and other team members. The ability to articulate testing processes, results, and issues in a clear manner.
