Role Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our Quality Assurance team as QA Testing Interns / Freshers. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software testing by working on real-time web and mobile applications. Selected candidates will be involved in ensuring product quality through systematic testing processes and defect identification.
This position is part of our Internship-to-Hire program, offering potential full-time employment based on performance and evaluation during the internship period.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements to understand application functionality
- Design, document, and execute manual and automated test cases
- Identify, report, and track software defects effectively
- Perform functional, regression, and usability testing
- Prepare detailed test reports and maintain documentation
- Collaborate closely with the development team to resolve issues
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts
- Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
- Familiarity with manual testing methodologies
- Basic knowledge of SQL is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in B.E / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. (IT/CS)

- Fresh graduates ( 2024, 2025 pass-outs)
- Final-year students seeking internship opportunities
- Candidates with prior training or certification in Software Testing will be preferred
