Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance (QA) Team Lead based in Chennai. The QA Team Lead will oversee quality control and assurance processes, develop and manage test strategies, create and evaluate test cases, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement best practices will be an essential part of this role. Leadership and mentorship of the QA team will be key to driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying issues and driving process improvements
- Experience with developing and implementing Test Strategies
- Ability to design, execute, and evaluate Test Cases to ensure optimal performance
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with the ability to mentor a team
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Experience in a quality assurance leadership role is a plus
