Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist located in Pune Division. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, monitoring product quality, conducting quality audits, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing quality management frameworks, and assisting with the refinement of quality control procedures to meet productivity benchmarks and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
- Experience with Quality Management practices and tools
- Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and procedures
- Proven ability in Quality Auditing and compliance assessment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
