Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist based in Faridabad. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of the company’s manufacturing processes and products. Key responsibilities include implementing and managing quality assurance protocols, conducting audits, establishing quality benchmarks, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Additionally, you will work closely with the production and R&D teams to identify areas for improvement and to uphold industry standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management
- Proficiency with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industry compliance standards
- Experience in Quality Auditing processes to ensure adherence to manufacturing benchmarks
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective quality management systems
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements within the manufacturing industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- An understanding of agricultural or construction equipment manufacturing is a plus
