Job Title: Mid-Level QA Analyst (Manual & Automated Testing )
Location - Ajmer (work from office)
Work days - 6 days a week
Employment type - Full time
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in testing web and mobile applications, APIs, and enterprise solutions. Experience working on B2B and B2C eCommerce applications will be a significant advantage.
You will work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform Manual Testing for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Develop and maintain Automation Test Scripts using industry-standard automation tools.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Sanity, and User Acceptance Testing support.
- Test REST APIs using tools like Postman or Swagger.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Validate fixes and perform regression testing before releases.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Prepare test reports and communicate testing progress and quality metrics.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
- Strong knowledge of Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and System Testing.
- Experience in Test Case Design, Test Execution, Defect Management, and UAT support.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver using Java or Python.
- Knowledge of TestNG/JUnit and automation frameworks.
- Experience in API Testing using Postman, REST APIs, JSON, and Swagger.
- Good SQL skills for database validation and data verification.
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Git, and browser developer tools.
Preferred Experience
- Experience testing B2B/B2C eCommerce applications.
- Exposure to ERP, Inventory, Order Management, Payment Gateway, or Logistics solutions.
Good to Have
- JMeter or other performance testing tools.
- Mobile application testing (Android/iOS).
- BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.
- AWS/Cloud application testing.
- Basic knowledge of Docker and CI/CD.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
