Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist at our Delhi office. The Quality Assurance Specialist will perform routine inspection and quality audits on products across categories, including garments, fashion accessories, and home furnishing items. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with quality standards, implementing quality management systems, and preparing detailed reports. You will collaborate closely with manufacturers, ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and facilitate inspections to meet client expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes and methodologies
- Proficiency in Quality Management and conducting Quality Audits
- Knowledge and implementation experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and address product defects and compliance issues
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Hands-on experience in the fashion, apparel, or home furnishing industries is advantageous
