Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Satara for a Quality Assurance and Quality Control professional. The role includes developing and implementing quality control processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and conducting quality audits. The candidate will perform inspections, maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and oversee the quality management system. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality concerns will also be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices
- Understanding of Quality Management Systems and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Proficiency in conducting Quality Auditing to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline
- Experience in the manufacturing industry, especially in plastic or medical sectors, is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently
